The Northfield Park District and Village of Northfield invite residents of all ages to participate in a new pumpkin decorating contest. Get in the Halloween spirit and show off your creativity! Winning entries receive a $25 gift card to a Northfield business.
Contest Details:
- The contest is open to all Northfield residents and households within the Northfield Park District boundary.
- To participate, decorate a pumpkin by carving, painting or both.
- Then take a photo of your pumpkin and upload it with the entry form below between now and October 26.
- One entry per person.
- There are three categories:
- Ages 11 and under
- Ages 12-18
- Adults
Deadline to submit the entry form and photo was Monday, October 26.
By entering the contest, entrants grant the Northfield Park District and Village of Northfield a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, post and reproduce pumpkin entry photos. The Northfield Park District and Village of Northfield will not be required to seek approval in connection with such uses.
Voting:
Photos of all pumpkin entries will be posted here starting on October 27th.
The community is invited to vote for your favorite in each age category from October 27th to 29th using a form that will be posted here during voting days. Only one vote per person.
Contest winners will be announced on Friday, October 30th.
The top three vote-getters in each age group will receive a $25 gift card to a Northfield business.
