Tracey O'Donnell is a certified personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine and has her degree in Physical Education and Health from SMU. Bob Davis has been certified through the International Sports Science Association and has teamed up with NY Strength President Dr. Jack Barnathan at their seminars to educate personal trainers. Endorsed by eight time Mr. Olympian Ronnie Coleman and Mr. Olympian legend Tom Platz, Bob is passionate in training at all levels. He challenges elite athletes and gives a helpful boost to seniors. Half-Hour Sessions (Member/Non-Member)
Individual - $35/$45
