Group Fitness Classes
Fitness classes are currently not offered due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Run by Cindy Clohesey, who has been leading fitness classes in the area for 36 years, Fitmoves provides safe, functional fitness, with the bonus of a comfortable and welcoming social atmosphere. A variety of morning classes are offered that include a mix of cardio, strength movements, core, stability and flexibility training. All classes are adaptable to all fitness levels.

Yoga Classes (currently not offered)
Vinyasa Flow Yoga with North Shore Yoga
In this open-formatted vinyasa flow class, the instructor will match the class to the needs of the students. Some yoga experience is recommended and a moderate level of physical conditioning is required. Ages 18+

Gentle Flow Yoga by Jancy
A gentle yoga class focusing on breathing, alignment and creating space in both mind and body.

No day is the same! Core work every day with exercises like planking and balancing. Four out of five days there is work with weights; all muscle groups are worked including lateral and oblique muscles.
Monday and Thursday – Upper body focus
Wednesday – Special emphasis on core without weights
Tuesday and Friday- Focus on the lower body
